I have no idea who invented the concept of a monthly box delivery of random goodies, but whoever it was I’d like to shake their hand. I’ve had subscriptions to various ones throughout the years but stopped when I became vegan for obvious reasons. Thankfully a few people recently discovered this gap in the market and boy, did they fill it well! In order to find the perfect monthly subscription box in the UK, my quest has begun with the aptly named, Vegan Tuck Box, the UK’s very first 100% vegan box scheme.

If you’re missing Wotsits (but not so much that you’d be willing to give up all your morals to fund the dairy industry into killing calves for salty cheese snacks), then Hippeas offer a healthier alternative that doesn’t require the murder of babies. Hooray! The flavour of these seemed to build and build. Need more now.
They’re named ‘caramels’, but I’m pretty sure they’re fudge. And what gorgeously creamy fudge it is. I handed these out amongst friends to share in my amazement and every single person loved them. You can’t go wrong with these. It was a BIG bag too!
Great Food Affairs Fried Onion Bruschetta
Although these are a deliciously crunchy bread snack on their own, what made them absolutely amazing, was when I found some Creamy Sheese Original in the fridge and spread it all over them. I didn’t want to run out, but good things always come to an end. I’ll have to get some more from www.greatfoodaffairs.com for sure
Ananda Foods Caramel Crisp Round Up
I’ve had these before, but this is a brand new flavour and my God it’s chocolately. With how damn thick it is, along with the caramel centre it’s actually like a biscuit/cake/chocolate all wrapped into one.
Terra Vegane Easy Cheezy Vegan Cheese Sauce Mix
I tried this cheese sauce mix on top of nachos and bean chilli and it was very easy to make. I imagine if you turned up with this dish to a party you’d be pretty damn popular. When I find products as good as these I can’t help to get a little annoyed. I mean, why the Hell are people still eating cheese from cow milk, when we have this right here?! Creamy, cheesy, flavourful, amazing.
On the list of treats provided in the box, this one was described as follows: Crunchy peanut butter and a thin layer of caramel coated in vegan milk chocolate from the States. I didn’t actually think I’d like it but it ended up being one of my favourite things! Top tip: put it in the fridge first because it tastes great cold.
Now, I don’t think I’ve had pear crisps before. But you know what? They taste exactly like pieces of rock candy. Like, actual, slightly softer slices of sticks of rock. A healthy snack that tastes like one of the unhealthiest thing possible? Bonus!
Try this on a banana or squeeze it right in your mouth if you’re an absolute hooligan. Spot on.
Remember those Rice Crispies egg basket cakes you used to make? Well this bar tastes just like them. It transported me right back to my childhood with the help of rice milk instead of dairy. Now I’m craving another.
Vantastic Foods Choco Bites Coconut
If you love coconut you’ll love these. Freeze dried coconut in a dark chocolate coating the size of marbles. Very, very moorish.
Organic blend of superfoods and 100% guilt free yumminess all in one bite. And people wonder why they think vegans look smug? Here’s your explanation.
All in all, I found it pretty good for finding new vegan products. It’s worth noting that there are two different size boxes, but I found this one (The Ultimate Box) to be really good value. You always get treats worth more than what you pay, the treats are different every single month and 10p from each box goes to charity. Apparently June’s charity was Goats of Anarchy, which I found amusingly fitting.
